Our quality of work and attention to detail exceeds or meets our customers’ janitorial needs. We are looking for independent and performance driven individuals to be part of our team.
Responsible for calling businesses to find leads that need our cleaning services and setting appointments to meet with the decision-makers of potential clients we would like to submit a proposal to . To aggressively meet the minimum sales goals by following up with potential clients consistently until a lead turns into a new client.
The person selected needs to be able to learn to use contact management software and MS Word. A background in tele-sales, customer service or retail sales is appropriate. In addition the person needs to be detail oriented, have no fear of making calls, soliciting information, and be able to work well with others. This person must have the endurance to make call after call without prodding or supervision.
Develop sales strategies and attract new clients by using various sales methods (door- to – door, cold calling, business directories, client referrals, etc.)
Source new opportunities and generate leads
Must possess strong ability to prospect and close sales
Keep management informed by submitting daily call reports, weekly work plans and territory analyses
Recommend changes to services or additional services by evaluating current market trends and customer request
Resolve customer complaints according to company policy and report all complaints to management
Have strong client relation, presentation skills and follow up skills.
Evaluate customers’ needs and build productive long lasting relationships
Report and provide feedback to management
Provide records by keeping records on customer inquiries and sales
Maintain and expand client database within territory including contact names, numbers and emails
Maintain professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity, and tact to portray the JDS #1 Janitorial Services in a positive manner
Maintaining accurate expense accounts
Submit all mileage biweekly
Aggressively following up on business opportunities using marketing material provided
Mediate customer issues to maintain customer satisfaction and to help retain customer. All mediation techniques should be according to company policy.
Must communicate all customer issues with management along with all resolutions.
Survey current customer to identify any areas of improvement or concerns or positive feedback.
