Administrative Assistant - Description
Advantage is currently looking for a bright, energetic and friendly
Administrative Assistant to support a busy and highly successful Private Wealth Management team. The ideal candidate should possess at least two years of administrative support experience from a large corporate environment; previous financial industry experience is highly preferred, but not required. This is a full time position for a 12 month contract offering a competitive salary and overtime pay.
Administrative Assistants working onsite at our client are responsible for:
*Travel & Expense processing
*Reservation booking for conference rooms, dinner, lunch, interviews, visitors, etc.
*Presentation support - copying, binding, and light PowerPoint editing
*Incoming & outgoing mail
*Backup phone coverage on floor
*General administrative duties for the floor
*Coordinate and Schedule office events
*Coordinate Travel and Transportation
*Maintain calendar schedules
*Travel & transportation reservations
*Return Mail including dormant account proceduresQualifications:
*Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook a MUST
*A minimum of 2-5 years of administrative work experience from a business-professional, fast paced, corporate environment*New graduates encouraged to apply with valid internship/experience.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Bachelor's Degree preferred
*Pleasant demeanor
