- A good understanding of the fashion industry and jewelry industry 
- Looking for someone with initiative/ideas for future design as well as additional skills in jewelry design and manufacturing.
- A personal interest in fashion and jewelry design and possibly participate in social media
- Looking for someone who is obsessed with detail!
- Superior communication and organizational skills.
- Our ideal candidate is most comfortable working in a flexible, creative environment where each 
day is different
- Willing to put in long hours during peak seasons 
- Can deliver according to deadlines, sometimes under pressure
