Responsibilities:
• Recruiting and developing a network of client and candidate contacts to help our business partners fulfill their staffing needs
• Networking and prospecting for qualified candidates
• Cold calling and account management from researched sources, databases, and internet tools (job boards, social networking sites, etc.)
• Interviewing qualified candidates over the phone, Skype, and in-person
• Business Development (B2B)
• Negotiating specific job duties, salary, benefits, etc. with candidates and clients

Average Total Compensation (salary + uncapped commission):
1st yr: $45-55k
2nd yr: $70-80k
3rd yr: $100k+
