Web Developer/Designer

OVERVIEW:   One Step Retail Solutions is seeking a full-time, creative, yet "tech savvy", Marketing Automations Administrator with experience in E-mail Marketing Campaigns, SEO, Website Development (front and back-end) and Web Design for our Glendale, CA office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle all e-mail using marketing automation.
• Compiling data with appropriate tracking codes, and preparing campaigns so they can be sent out in bulk.
• Maintain all email lists with accurate data, including preference changes, e-mail address updates, bounces, and removal requests.
• Oversee, analyze, and report testing results and successes/failures for all promotional campaigns.
• Set up and maintain all nurture/trigger campaigns to existing and new leads.
• Recommend programming changes by analyzing traffic to the site.
• Keep sites up-to-date by refreshing content and images.
• Develop technical architecture by scripting content for designing database and user interface.
• Ensure websites are fully optimized using SEO techniques.
• Provide keyword research for website optimization with recommend suggestions for changes and/or improvements.
• Make recommendations on how to increase website traffic and conversions and implement those changes once authorized.
• Provide site statistical analysis and reporting.
• Support functionality, de-bugging for all 7 company websites.
• Work with and recommend outside vendors: liaise with website hosting service, domain registrar outside programmers, and graphic designers in the maintenance and on-going upgrades to the websites.
• Update job knowledge by tracking industry trends, including scripting, authoring and graphic design tools, new languages, and security; participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications; maintaining personal networks; and participating in professional organizations.
• Provide strong professional initiative and enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS):

• Required: Minimum 4 years of Web Development and Design, including experience with SEO, E-mail/Marketing Campaigns.
• Fluent in both front- and back-end web development. 
• Experience with HTML/CSS (hand-coding).
• Experience with managing e-mail/online marketing campaigns.
• Advanced knowledge of CSS, PHP, ASP, MySQL, Dreamweaver, and JavaScripting.
• Adept with utilizing Graphic Design Software: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator (or comparable).
• Linux OS and CRM experience is a plus.
• Experience with managing Web Vendor Relationships.

• Salary: $44,000 – $52,000/year (plus production bonuses)
