Sr. Leasing Agent/Asst. Mgr

Senior Leasing Agent/Assistant Manager for luxury residential apartments located in Glendale at The Americana at Brand.

This role's primary responsibility is to give tours and work diligently to lower vacancy loss by hitting monthly and weekly leasing goals. Will lead tours with prospective residents and conduct follow up calls. Must be proactive with following up with eleads and phone inquiries. In addition, this position is responsible for the general welfare of all residents and daily tasks to keep the property running in accordance with high company standards.

This position will also serve as an Assistant Manager and be responsible for all aspects of property management from leasing to financials as well as stepping up to Property Manager when the primary contact is off duty.

Experience/Skills:
*Previous experience in a residential leasing environment
*Previous experience in property management
*Basic understanding of residential/leasing financials
*Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office
*Customer service and sales experience in an office, retail, restaurant or entertainment setting

Education:
*College Degree or equivalent experience
