We are looking for a customer service oriented, team player to join our retail team in the heart of the fashion district. This individual must be comfortable riding a bike and making deliveries to customers within a few miles of our location.
Responsibilities:
Product knowledge of our entire line. Have to learn all ingredients and health benefits of our juices (An interest in the health industry is a plus)
Provide outstanding customer service. Be friendly and kind to all customers and answer any questions they may have
Maintains store appearance and any other directive from store manager
Have a flexible schedule to work morning, late afternoon and weekend shifts
Communicates effectively and professionally with all associates within the store and office
Cash Handling
Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels in refrigerator
Riding a bike to take deliveries to customers
Other job-related activities as requested
Requirements:
Ability to work independently and effectively with little supervision
A positive professional and energetic attitude
A passion for customer service and selling
1-2 years retail and POS experience is preferred
Great organizational and planning skills
Strong communication skills
Must be able to ride a bicycle
Proficient in English, in both verbal and written word
This is a part time position (less than 30 hours/week.)
