    Receptionist/ Office Admin

    We are looking for a receptionist/ Office Administrator (FT or PT) to work for a manufacturing firm.

    Ideal candidate must be able to work 7:30 AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday.

    Duties and responsibilities:

    Greeting clients and visitors in the reception area.
    Politely and professionally answer incoming phone calls and directing all calls to the proper personnel.
     Handle daily mail, fax, and courier packages.
    Coordinate and schedule the main conference room and ordering food and beverages if necessary.
     Procure monthly office supplies.
    Any other miscellaneous special projects assigned.

    Skills:
     Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    Highly motivated self-starter with attention to detail.
    Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    Proven ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
    Ability to anticipate and resolve issues/ problems.
     Demonstrate experience with Microsoft Office.
     Knowledge of electronic components and ERP software is strongly desired.
