    Job Description

    We are looking for a Mobile CTO/Co-founder to join our early stage startup. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience developing social applications for the iPhone. S/he should be energetic, creative, comfortable with ambiguity and risk taking, collaborative, and possess a good sense of humor. 

    We are currently building the beta product through outsourced developers but are now looking for the perfect candidate developer to build an awesome, local team on the US West Coast. Part time is ok initially. 

     

     

    Responsiblties 

    • Mobile application developmentBuilding and managing technical team
    • Ownership of all mobile technology including iPhone, iPad, and iOS
    • Work on iPhone and iPad features, which could include any number of cool things to do with location, social networks (for example, 3rd party networks like Twitter and Facebook), new web services (internal and external), incorporation of user-generated content, tying our client code to critical server-side functionality, and just about anything else you can think of to do with the rich iPhone SDK API
    • Serve as key member of our founding team

    Desired Skills & Experience

    • 1+ years of iPhone, iOS, Objective C, and Cocoa development experience
    • 1+ years Programming ExperienceExtensive knowledge of iPhone SDK, XCode Cocoa, And Objective C-Previous
    • Experience developing a fast and easy to use iPhone application that takes full advantage of the iPhone API
    • Experience with the iPhone location, video, camera, and push apis
    • Experience with iPhone MapKit/Core LocationPast experience with SMS and MMSWorked on iPhone/iPad features, including, GPS, social networking, web services, user generated content, etc.
    • Willingness to apply to an accelerator program for 3 months for a minimal amount of pay until the seed stage is raised completely.
