IP Paralegal

Exceptional opportunity in the IP department of very high profile top law firm; gain experience working on complex cases in a substantive/comprehensive role. 
 

Manage all facets of case from inception through resolution. Duties include but not limited to: 

• Review documents
• Digest depositions
• Conduct research

In addition, you must be able to manage large discovery; prepare exhibits for trial; identify expert witnesses; interact with consultants, vendors, USPTO and other government agencies. 

Position requires:
-5 + years of IP Litigation experience
-Trial Experience
-Litigation Database experience
